A: Unfortunately, you are not able to make an insurance claim over the internet as your insurance company needs to speak with you personally.

Q: Do you offer "free windshields" like other shops?

A: With us, there are no hidden costs for "free" windshields. Other glass shops may present an offer that results in you paying extra to your insurance company. Consider the following:

Q: Does you use glass certified by the DOT (Department of Transportation)?

A: Yes. Additionally, all of our glass products are provided by quality manufacturers. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to installation.

Q: What is my deductible, and how does it work?

A: Your insurance deductible is the portion of the payment for which you are responsible. Your deductible is paid to us; your insurance company pays the remainder. We handle billing the insurance company.
